On one hand I love 4ware, Deus Ex Machina, Imaginary Friends, No Problem, Snowcone and Whelk Then, but on the other hand 2448, Cat Thruster and Let Go feel quite a bit underproduced. W:/2016ALBUM is the most polarizing for me. Get Scraped, while I love the 90’s-infused hip hop and techno vibes and wish Joel would revisit them more, does feel significantly older and less polished than the majority of his newer stuff. Strobe makes up for the more forgettable ones like Word Problems and the always-skipped Nero Remix of Ghosts ‘n’ Stuff. FML, Bot, Soma, and The 16th Hour are fantastic, the last being my favorite on the Album. It’s a really nostalgic experience to go back 10 years in my life and listen to.įLoaBN is another one that I feel has lots of standout tracks that people seem to forget about. ![]() RAT was really close behind 4x4=12 because there really are no duds on this album. They make up for the two (obvious) tracks I don’t like as much. I don’t have quite as much of an emotional connection to 4x4=12, but it still has tons of standout tracks like Right This Second, I Said, Cthulhu Sleeps, and the more common ones are stellar as well. It’s the only one I’ll listen to straight through. ![]() While(1<2) I love throughout I love the second disk just as much as the first. ![]() ![]() I still love #8 quite a bit.Ītgh < came out at a really weird time in my life and it was almost exclusively the music I listened to, so for personal importance reasons, it’s first. That being said, the margin between these picks is incredibly small.
